- What are cookies?

This setting can be changed so that the automatic saving of cookies is blocked in the web browser or the user is informed each time before cookies are saved on the computer. The latter will not be used, provided or made known to third parties except in the cases and under the conditions specified in these General Terms and Conditions. "Fen Shop" EOOD protects the personal data of the user/client that became known to it when filling out the electronic purchase request form, and this obligation is waived in the event that the Client has provided false data. Subject to applicable legislation and the clauses of these General Terms and Conditions, "Fen Shop" EOOD may use the Client's personal data solely and exclusively for the purposes provided for in the contract. Any other purposes for which the data is used will be in accordance with Bulgarian legislation, applicable international acts, Internet ethics, rules of morality and good manners.

2. "Fen Shop" EOOD undertakes not to disclose any personal data about the Client to third parties - state bodies, commercial companies, individuals and others, except in cases where it has received the express written consent of the Client, the information is requested by state bodies or officials authorized by applicable legislation to request and collect such information. "Fen Shop" EOOD undertakes to provide the information in accordance with the law.
