Terms and Conditions for using the online store fenshop.bg
Welcome to our online store!

Please read this text carefully. It constitutes a contract between you and “Fen Shop” Ltd. and states the conditions under which you can use the online store, as well as our obligations to you.
In order to use the website fenshop.bg and the services offered therein, you must agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Registration and security
In order for us to fulfil the orders you place on fenshop.bg, you must be a registered user.
Registration is done by entering true, complete and accurate information in the registration form.
As a registered user, you are fully responsible for protecting your username and password. Only you can authorize third parties to use your username and password on fenshop.bg. You are responsible for all actions that are performed using your username and password.
You can also place an order as a guest without registration, by entering the necessary data for sending the shipment.

3. Protection of personal data
“Fen Shop” Ltd. guarantees that the personal information of customers/cardholders/that you provide to us for processing your order will not be used for purposes other than those announced on the site and will not be provided in any form to third parties.
If you suspect any unauthorized use of your username and password or the risk of such, please immediately notify the “Fen Shop” Ltd.  team.

4. Prices of goods
The indicated prices of individual goods are for 1 (one) item. All prices indicated are final, in Bulgarian leva. The cost of delivery to you is not included in the indicated price of the goods.

5. Price changes
“Fen Shop” Ltd. reserves the right to change the prices of the goods offered on the site without prior notification to users. Each customer of the store is obliged to pay the price current at the time of the conclusion of the contract, in accordance with these general terms and conditions.

6. Terms of order and payment
The goods you have selected appear in your cart, in which you can change the quantity, add or remove products at any time, as well as check their prices and/or their total amount.

Delivery information
To place an order, you need to log in with your username and password or as a guest. Specify the recipient's name and exact delivery address. When specifying a delivery address, make sure that on the day of delivery, you or another person you have authorized to accept it will be at this address.
Deliveries are made only to a valid address on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Deliveries outside the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria are made after the customer has requested the price of the courier service.

Payment information
In your shopping cart, you can see the price of the goods you have selected, transport costs and the final amount for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria that you must pay.

Payment is made:
1. By cash on delivery (directly to the courier upon receipt of the delivery) for the Republic of Bulgaria. The cost of the courier service is separate and paid on the account of the recipient.

2. By bank transfer for the Republic of Bulgaria, the price of the goods and the courier service is paid in the amount of the order, to the account of:

3. Postterminal.

Order confirmation
Here you can see all the information about your order, check and edit it.
Carefully check the contents of your shopping cart, payment and shipping information. If you need to make corrections, do not forget to do so in a timely manner. After clicking the "finalize order" button, your order will be accepted and you will not be able to make any more changes. After you finalize your order, our operator will contact you at the specified phone number to confirm the order, if necessary.
Providing incomplete or incorrect data in the customer profile makes the order invalid and does not bind “Fen Shop” Ltd. to execution.

7. Delivery of goods
Delivery is carried out by the courier company Econt Express AD, only for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

*The delivery time is 3 (three) working days.
The terms apply to orders placed by 3:00 p.m. on a working day.
The delivery time for an order placed after 3:00 p.m. is extended by another 1 (one) working day.

The delivery time for an order placed after 3:00 PM is extended by 1 (one) business day.
Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the first business day after them.

In exceptional circumstances and for reasons beyond our control, delivery times may not be met. If the order cannot be fulfilled, fenshop.bg assumes the responsibility to contact the customer and inform him.

Upon receipt of the shipment, pay the amount of cash on delivery and be sure to check the integrity of the goods, especially if they are fragile, in the presence of the courier.

In the event that the goods are damaged, the courier is obliged to write a two-sided protocol in front of you, which will guarantee the re-fulfilment of your order. In such a case, you can contact us by phone at +359 886 276 443.

8. Return of purchased goods
Each consumer has the right to return the ordered goods within 14 (fourteen) working days after receiving them if the goods meet the following conditions:
- There is no mechanical damage.
- With its original packaging and its commercial appearance is not impaired.
- It is accompanied by the accompanying documents and accessories with which it was received.

The buyer must contact an operator of fenshop.bg or through the complaint form and notify of his refusal.

Personalized goods are considered individual orders and are not subject to return or exchange.

“Fen Shop” Ltd.  is obliged to pay the amount of the goods within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date on which they are received back or to replace them. Transportation costs are at the expense of the buyer.

In the event that the customer receives the goods in a form that does not comply with the delivery conditions or another product different from the one ordered, “Fen Shop” Ltd.  replaces the goods, covering the delivery costs or refunding the amount paid by the customer.

If the pre-paid goods are out of stock, our operator will contact the customer and offer another product, a new delivery date or refund the amount paid by the customer within 14 (fourteen) business days.

In the event that the payment was made by bank card, the refund is made by ordering a reverse transaction on the card within 14 (fourteen) business days.

9. Contact us
You can contact us for information about the offered goods, terms of order and delivery, as well as check the status of your order. You will receive the information you are interested in, as long as it is within our competence.

10. Responsibilities
When using the services of fenshop.bg, you agree that the use of the services offered on the site is at your own risk. “Fen Shop” Ltd.  does not guarantee that technical errors have not been made.

11. Rights to the site
All content of the site fenshop.bg is the property of “Fen Shop” Ltd. Any unauthorized use of its content, including modification, reproduction and distribution, without written permission from “Fen Shop” Ltd. is punishable by law.
